Hanashizuku Japanese Cuisine 花しずく (Dew of the Flowers) started in March 2008 on the 2nd floor of Cuppage Plaza with a vision to offer high-quality Japanese food with impeccable service. As you dine Izakaya-style in a modern and cosy ambiance, savour the taste of food prepared by our master chef Steven Lee who has over 28 years of experience in Japanese cuisine.
Chef Lee chooses only the freshest ingredients flown in weekly from Tokyo’s famed Toyosu Market, while new dishes are added weekly to tingle your palates. Our Sake and other alcoholic drinks are exclusively hand-picked to complement the menu.
For private gatherings, there is the option of a private dining room which seats up to 12 people.
